Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Did you get the ice cream maker like I asked you to?

Ok good, then you can make this divine dessert.

Let's start with the ingredents:

1 lb. fresh strawberries, chopped

1 C. greek yogurt 

1 tsp. FRESH lemon juice

1/2 C. sugar

2 tsp. vodka (yep, vodka)

Chop up the strawberries and mix with sugar and vodka.

Cover and set aside for about 1 hour.

Puree your now syrupy strawberries.

Add 1 tsp. lemon juice.

Add 1 C. greek yogurt.

Blend until smooth.

Throw in your ice cream maker and turn it on for about 30 minutes.

Enjoy immediately or place in another container and freeze. 

Please make this.... it is divine. I am not a strawberry ice cream fan but this is what I think all others should taste like.
