Weekly Menu

Not a lot going on this week. Many of the meals I have made before so I will just link to them for you.

Cobb Salad - Protein rich salad and very filling.

Pork Tenderloin - Bought it last week, thawing as I type.

Ham and Spinach Bake - This is a totally new one. I figure I need to add a few casseroles to the menu. I'll put up the link as soon as Martha does.

Greek Steak Wraps - Total favorite. Haven't made it in a few months and since I have the roasted garlic, I make the flat bread to go with it. It's hiding in my freezer so the rest of my family won't see it and eat it before I get to make the dinner.


Tomato Soup - It's getting to be that time of the season so I wanted to kick it off with a bang.
