Roasted Garlic

I usually only roast a bulb or two according to a recipe.
But then I realized... why not roast a few more and use them in a few things.

Grab a ton of bulbs, cut off the tops, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some salt on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour.

Let 'em cool for about an hour.

Peel them and throw them in a jar.

It will keep for 2 weeks.

Don't know what to make or if you will use it in time?
Let's just say that it's been less than a week and I have almost used it all up.

Here's what I have made and planning on making...
Spread on sandwiches
Jalapeno poppers
Potato Leek soup
